Returns, Refunds and Replacements

We will arrange for collection and refund or replacement of goods in any of the following circumstances:

Goods have been damaged in transit
|

You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods if you wish to claim a refund or replacement.

If goods returned are not found to be damaged, they will be returned to you and we reserve the right to charge you for the carriage plus 15% of the value of the goods to cover our administration costs.

|
Goods are not of merchantable quality
|
|
You must inform us within 7 days of receiving the goods if you wish to claim a refund or replacement.

|
The goods must be returned in as-new condition, in their original unmarked packaging.

|
